This character is Rei Toei from the book Idoru by William Gibson. She is actually not human but rather an AI(artificial intelligence)and she is also a famous pop singer in the book. However, I've changed her a lot from the book and am trying to create my own character with influences from Rei Toei. It was part of a class I had at Emily Carr.
She kind of reminds me of Witch Edea from FF8 my favourite FF game! Is this some game character concept design? I love them all! :DDDDDD
