This is my final-ish character that I made for a Skillshare class taught by Matt Kaufenberg. I had a blast in the class and I really enjoy the techniques that I've learned! I still need to make a few tweaks/fixes but it's pretty close!
I started out with a quick sketch in Photoshop CS5 which was then taken in to Illustrator CS5. There I made simple vector shapes and applied flat colors to them. Then I exported the vector layers to Photoshop where I started to add texture and details to all of the layers.
Definitely going to try this technique again!
